(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent No. 5 to arraign respondents No. 1 to 3 as accused in case bearing FIR No. 0153 dated 29.11.2025, registered under Sections 194(2), 329(3), and 62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Phase-11, SAS Nagar, Mohali. A further direction has also been sought against respondent No. 8 to initiate an inquiry against respondents No. 5 and 6 for allegedly trespassing into House No. 1978, Phase-11, SAS Nagar, Mohali, and facilitating the forcible possession thereof. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with lib
