(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.149 dated 02.07.2025 registered under Sections 109, 125, 191(2), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 09.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4.
