Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.159 dated 06.10.2025, registered under Sections 109, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar. 2. Brief facts as per the prosecution case, are that the petitioner along with two other co-accused persons fired gunshots towards the complainant-Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi with an intention to kill him. Hence, the present FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further contends he has no concern with the said incident. He further contends that the weapon used in the alleged incident has
