The present writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members against respondent no.5 who is a hard core criminal and accused in the murder of the real brother of the petitioner, now acquitted by the trial court and threatening the petitioner to kill if she would file appeal against the order of acquittal before this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 10.05.2026 (Annexure P-10) before the Police Commissioner, Gurugram, Haryana, however no action has been taken on the same till date. 3.
