This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.565 dated 23.07.2025 under Sections 20(b)(ii) (c) and Section 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonipat. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.67819-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 23.03.2025 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 1 ½ months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
