Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short - ‘the BNSS’), seeking issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members at the hands of respondents No.5 to 8. 2.
