This petition has been filed as a PIL, raising alleged public cause of conduction of inquiry against the functionaries of the Improvement Trust, Amritsar, since they are allegedly indulging in corrupt deeds. 2. We were intially inclined to relegate the petitioner to the Lokpal, where complaint can be filed but the learned counsel for respondent No.3 has apprised this Court that the petition suffers from suppression of material facts to the extent that only five out of six FIRs registered against the petitioner have been disclosed.
