Prayer in the present petitions filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.185 dated 12.05.2025, registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad, under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 316(2) BNS (corresponding Sections 120-B, 420 and 406 IPC) Section 3(2) of the HPIDFE Act, 2013 and Section 22 of BUDS Act, 2019. 2. Learned counsel contend that the petitioners have been in custody for 4 months and 11 days. They were working as Branch Managers under the same Cooperative Society, while posted at different places. They have not received any amount in their account. It is co- accused Ravi, who used to collect the same from the customer and deposit in the account of the Society.
