Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 23.05.2025, affidavit of Mr. Alok Mittal, IPS, Director General of Prisons, Haryana, Panchkula, dated 25.03.2026, along with speaking order dated 12.06.2025, attached as Annexure R-1, has been filed. The same is taken on the record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. A perusal of affidavit dated 25.03.2026 and speaking order dated 12.06.2025 shows that order dated 23.05.2025 passed in CWP-15094- 2025 has been complied with. 4.
