The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 21.01.2025 (Annexure C-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-23545-2021, titled as ‘Subhash vs. State of Haryana and others’ whereby the respondent-Department was directed to extend the benefit of regularization of service to the petitioner w.e.f. the date when his immediate junior was regularized within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order; and the consequential benefits shall also be calculated by the respondent-Department within a further period of 03 months and the same shall be released to the petitioner within a period of 02 months thereafter. 2.
