Instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.0112 dated 07.07.2025, under Sections 324(4), 329(3), 115(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. FIR in question was got registered by complainant-respondent No.2 and the investigation commenced thereon. However, with the intervention of respectables, finally the parties arrived at settlement and they resolved their inter se dispute, which is apparent from Compromise Deed, annexed as Annexure P-2.
