After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, as the petitioners, being old aged persons and physically unable to appear before the Court proceedings, intend to move an application seeking exemption from personal appearance before the learned trial Court. 3.
