Brief facts of the case in chronological order are as follows: - 13.07.2016: Petitioner had filed amended Suit dated 13.07.2016 (Annexure P-1) for declaration and permanent injunction. 20.01.2017: Respondent/defendant No.1 had filed written statement dated 20.01.2017 (Annexure P-2).
