CWP-39431-2025 is preponed from 20.07.2026, to today. 2. Since the same impugned order is put to challenge vide both the above captioned writ petitions, the same are taken up together for disposal. 3. On 12.05.2026, this Court had directed the Managing Director of the petitioner-company, along with the authorized signatories, who have filed the petitions to remain present on the adjourned date. What constrained this Court to call upon the abovesaid officer/officials of the petitioner-Management is to unravel the truth for challenging the same award dated 15.07.2025, by instituting two separate writ petitions. 4. It appears
