The present application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay of 580 days in filing of the present Letters Patent Appeal. 2. Mr. Raghav Goel, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab has submitted that the present is a Letters Patent Appeal filed by the State of Punjab assailing the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge dated 22.08.2024 in CWP No.21423 of 2023, whereby the writ petition was allowed and it was so directed that the punishment of cut of 10% pension could not be imposed upon by the respondent. 3. Learned State counsel submitted that the reasons which caused the delay are stated in the present application and while referring to the present application, he submitted that after the copy of the judgment
