Ms. Arundhati Kulshreshtha, AAG, Punjab, while referring to the application filed, submitted that the aforesaid delay of 132 days was caused because some time was consumed in obtaining legal opinion and, thereafter, after the draft of Letters Patent Appeal was approved by the competent authority, further time was consumed for vetting purposes in the office of the A.G., Punjab.
