(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel(s) for the appellant as well as GMADA submit(s) that the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgment dated 05.11.2009 passed by this Court in a bunch of appeals, lead case of which was RFA No. 2378 of 2000, titled “State of Punjab Versus Gurdial Chand and others”, whereby the appeals preferred at the instance of landowners as well as by the State were dismissed, while maintaining the determination of the market value by the learned Reference Court. [2] No one appears on behalf of the respondents-landowners.
