Petitioner has approached this Court with two-fold prayers. Firstly, he has requested for setting aside of rapat entries No. 270 and 609, Annexure P-8/T, by which the secured asset has been attached. Second relief sought by petitioner is for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to register the Sale Certificate dated 05.02.2022, Annexure P-7. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the revenue record of village Rahon, Tehsil Nawanshahr, District S.B.S. Nagar (Nawanshahr) shows that the secured asset, which comprises of land, has been attached pursuant to orders passed by the Civil Court. He submits that the civil proceedings have culminated and the attachment order deserves to be withdrawn. Counsel asserts that because of the attachment order, petitioner has not been able to get the Sale Certificate, Annexure P-7, registe
