Counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 04.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) has been passed by the District Magistrate, Sangrur under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, ‘SARFAESI Act’).
