The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 05.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kurukshetra, whereby the learned Civil Judge closed the evidence of a summoned witness on account of his non-appearance. 2. The brief facts of the case are that the respondent–Vineet Sehgal instituted a suit for recovery of ₹26,03,697/- along with interest @ 9% per annum w.e.f. 17.08.2015 till its realization, against the petitioners–Star Associates through its proprietor and another.
