By way of the present petition, the Petitioner prays for quashing of the Order dated 04.04.2025 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as „Tribunal‟], whereby the Original Application (O.A.) filed by the Respondent, seeking consideration and acceptance of his candidature under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category, came to be allowed. 2. In order to comprehend the issues falling for the adjudication of this Court, relevant facts in brief are required to be noticed. 3.
