Present intra-court appeal has arisen against the order dated 17.04.2026, passed by learned single judge in Som Pal vs. Union of India and others, 2026:AHC:84814. By that order, the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the original petitioner/appellant on the reasoning that the petitioner had concealed material/necessary information required to be disclosed, at the stage of applying for appointment and securing such appointment on a Class IV post at the respondent Bank. 3. Undeniably rather, admittedly, the petitioner had first filled up application form on 18.02.2013 to be engaged as Safai Karamchari. At that stage, the original petitioner/appellant made wrong disclosure.
