The present intra-court appeal has arisen against the order of the learned single judge dated 04.05.2026 in Dr. Manohar Ram Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others, 2026:AHC:101245. By that order, the learned single judge has dismissed the writ petition in the following terms: "2. It has been rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent that petitioner is not a bonafide person. He had earlier approached this Court by filing a Writ Petition No.4965 of 2024 challenging the list of candidate called for interview which was dismissed vide a judgment dated 19.2.2026 and challenge thereof of by way of a Special Appeal No.352 of 2026,
