The present intra-court appeal has arisen against the order dated 05.05.2026 passed by learned single judge in Smt. Gunjan Mani Tripathi Vs. State of U.P. And 4 Others, 2026:AHC:102185. 3. By that order, learned single judge has dismissed the writ petition filed against the order of the Basic Education Officer, Deoria dated 18.02.2026, whereby the said authority has provided that the private respondent no.5 may hold charge as officiating Headmaster of Composite Vidyalaya, Kathhinahiya, Deoria and further order dated 19.02.
