Challenge has been raised to the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the learned single judge in Mohd. Yunus & Ors. Vs. Commissioner & Secretary Sugar; 2025:AHC:135749. By that order, the writ petition filed by the original petitioner had been dismissed on the following terms : "14. In view of above discussion, this writ petition is disposed of with following observations and directions :- (a) State-respondent as well as Uttar Pradesh Council of Sugarcane Research Institute will again look into the matter and will take all endeavour to comply the directions passed by this Court by way of above referred order dated 30.09.2010 which was passed on basis of a Government Order dated 09.09.2010
