(now Section 528 of BNSS, 2023), seeking quashing of the orders dated 30.04.2026 and 10.02.2026 (Annexures P-2 & P-3 respectively) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1° Class, Gurugram in case FIR No.0191 dated 13.05.2024, under Sections 279, 337, 146, 181(3), 196 of IPC 1860 (Sections 146, 181(3) & 196 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station DLF, District Gurugram, whereby the bail/surety bonds of the petitioner have been cancelled and forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants have been issued against him. 2.
