(Oral) The instant first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.09 dated 15.01.2026 registered under Sections 309(4), 317(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Balachaur, District SBS Nagar. 2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the case of the petitioner would be very similar to the case of the co- accused Roop Chand and Kamal Kumar to whom regular bail has been granted by this Court vide order dated 27.04.2026 passed in CRM-M-21765- 2026 and order dated 14.05.2026 passed in CRM-M-26358-2026 respectively. 3.
