The prosecution case is that on 01.02.2014 at about 03:00 p.m and 03.02.2014 at about 04.00 p.m. at M-49, Chankya Place, GaliNo.2, 25-foot road, Near Sita Puri, New Delhi, the accused trespassed into the house of PW1, criminally intimidated her and committed penetrative sexual assault upon her.
