This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of FIR No.22 dated 24.1.2024 under Sections 406, 420 IPC (Section 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Narnaul, District Mahendergarh alongwith all subsequent proceedings, on the basis of compromise/affidavits dated 21.4.2026 (Annexures P-2 to P-4). 2. On 29.4.2026, notice of motion was directed to be issued subject to deposit of ₹50,000/- of costs. The requisite costs have not been deposited. Further, it is conceded case before this Court that anticipatory bail plea of the petitioners has been declined by this Court. 3. In view thereof, the petition in hand stands dismissed.
