(Oral) The grievance raised by the petitioner is that she has been offered appointment as TGT Sanskrit in Mewat cadre, ignoring her merit and preference for Rest of Haryana (RoH) cadre which is arbitrary and illegal. The selection pertains to advertisement 02/2023, dated 21.02.2023, issued by respondent no.3/Haryana Staff Selection Commission for the Department of Elementary Education. 2. Pursuant to the last order dated 06.05.2026, petitioner’s selection record has been produced, which shows she has secured more marks than the last selected candidate under General category, and has opted for Rest of Haryana cadre as first preference.
