The present Transfer Application has been filed by Mr.Gautam Kaile Advocate through e-filing which was approved by the Registry on 16.7.2025. As per office note, after such approval, it is mandatory for learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish hard-copy of the petition in the Registry within one month, as per decision of the Hon’ble Computer Committee dated 28.05.2025, duly approved by Hon’ble the Chief Justice on 31.05.2025. However, till date, learned counsel has not furnished the hard copy of the petition.
