Petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present second petition praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.1081 dated 17.10.2018, under Sections 398, 401 of IPC and Section 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Jhajjar, District Jhajjar. 2. Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions, submits that only 02 witnesses remain to be examined and the next date before the trial Court is 22.05.2026. 3. Keeping in view the stage of the trial, this Court refrains itself from going into the merits of the case as the trial is at the fag end. Petition is hereby disposed of.
