Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that being stepfather of the 11 year old girl child, he raped her repeatedly. It is also alleged that the accused/applicant threatened the victim not to disclose about the incident before anyone. 3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that he is in jail since May, 2023 and has been falsely implicated.
