The appellant-defendant is in second appeal against the judgment of reversal dated 22.04.2008 passed by the learned Additional District Judge (Adhoc), Fast Track Court, Jalandhar whereby the appeal filed by the plaintiff/respondent was allowed, setting aside the judgment and decree dated 09.10.2007 passed by the learned trial Court; and suit for declaration filed by the respondent-plaintiff was decreed. 2. The matter pertains to the year 2009.
