Mohinder Kaur and others, 2025 NCPHHC 94672. 2. Learned State counsel has received instructions from the Department vide memo dated 25.05.2026, which is retained on the case file along with its enclosures as Annexure ‘A’. Referring to the same, he submits that the Department has found that the petitioners’ claim is admissible as per Mohinder Kaur case ibid.
