Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is a retired employee and is solely dependent upon pension for her livelihood. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the non-speaking order dated 05.12.2025 passed by respondent No.2 whereby the legitimate claim of the petitioner for release of the remaining medical reimbursement amount has illegally been rejected.
