The present petition has been filed that though execution petition has been filed before the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (for short – the ‘Tribunal’), the relief is yet to be granted which is causing prejudice especially when the execution application is liable to be decided within a period of six months, which judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Periyammal (Dead) and others versus V.
