(hereinafter, ‘Society’) has filed the present writ petition seeking regularisation of the allotment of flat no. E-209, Second floor, in the Society also known as Venus Apartments Zone H/4-5, Rani Bagh, Opp. Sainik Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi-110034 in her favour. 3. The Petitioner is a 77 year old senior citizen.
