The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the act and conduct of the respondents for not regularizing the services of the petitioner as the petitioner is working continuously for last more than 32 years on the fixed salary to the tune of Rs.7,000/- per month which is less than the Collector rate. 2. The present petition came up for hearing on 13.05.2026, wherein this Court considered the grievance raised by the petitioner, who has been serving on a fixed salary of Rs.7,000/- per month for the past 32 years, which is even below the prescribed collector rates.
