After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not pressing his claim to consider the school in question, in the “existing school” category. He further submits that the petitioners-school has submitted some documents afresh, and has applied for fresh permission, and that it has now complied with all the norms, and has removed all the objections, as raised earlier. Therefore, he prays that a mandamus be passed upon respondent no.2 to consider the petitioners' application afresh, and thereupon to pass a speaking order. 2. Considering the above bona fide and innocuous prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court disposes of the instant writ petition, with the following directions:- DHARAM VI
