The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction and release Compassionate Financial Assistance in favour of the petitioner under the Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019 dated 02.08.2019 (P-10) with effect from 04.03.2026 i.e. the day succeeding the death of late Shri Naresh Kumar, alongwith all consequential benefits admissible under the Rules. 2.
