By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short-‘the HMA Act’) for restitution of conjugal rights bearing No. DMC/278/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) titled as ‘Nikhil vs. Arti Devi’, pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court Camp Court at Gohana, Sessions Division, Sonipat to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Panipat. 2. Perusal of the order-sheets reveals that vide order dated 07.05.2026, the respondent-husband was proceed ex parte by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court as, despite service respondent is not putting appearance. 3.
