Brief facts of the present case are that, as per the prosecution, on 29.05.2025, police party was on a patrolling duty and on the basis of a secret information apprehended three individuals namely Rohit Teji, Safai Singh @ Safal Singh and Bohar Singh who was found in conscious possession of 510 grams of Heroin and % 4,83,000/- of drug money.
