Present criminal writ petition has been filed Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of directions to official respondents for release of her husband, namely, Jagir Singh from the illegal custody of respondent Nos.4 to 7 and for appointing warrant officer to search the detenue at their premises. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is legally wedded wife of the detenue and both have been residing together for the past 15 years through a Kareva marriage. Due to hostility from private respondents regarding their relationship, the petitioner and detenue had earlier approached this Court by filing a petitioner bearing CRWP No.10122 of 2025, wherein protection was granted to them.
