The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.27, dated 13.04.2025, registered under Sections 109, 126(2), 191(3), 190, 324(5) of B.N.S and Section 25/27 of Arms Act, at Police Station Dhilwan, Kapurthala, District Kapurthala, Punjab. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the FIR was initially registered against 14/15 unknown persons and no physical description of any of the accused was mentioned in the FIR. Moreover, the petitioner was also not named in the FIR nor there was any averment which even remotely connects him with the commission
