The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to release payment of ex-gratia as well as DCRG in respect of her husband, namely, Mukhtiar Singh who was working as a Driver in Municipal Council, Guruharsahai and died in harness on 23.09.2024.
