On the last occassion i.e. 29.04.2026, this Court had noticed that the petitioner has suppressed material facts regarding lodging of FIR against him and the reason for suspension of his license to practice issued by the Bar Council was not disclosed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3. We permit the same but with costs of Rs.10,000 to be deposited in the Poor Patients Welfare Fund of the PGIMER, Chandigarh, within a period of 15 days from today. 4. Dismissed as withdraw
