The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to issue her Disability Certificate as she is visually impaired. 2. On 10.12.2025, the following order was passed: - “Counsel for the petitioner is assailing the disability certificate dated 02.12.2024 issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Kapurthala, Annexure P-11. By referring to the extract of the notification, Annexure P-13, issued by the Government of India, counsel for the petitioner asserts that the disability of the petitioner has to be assessed at 70%.
