The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner at any of four vacant stations near her matrimonial house as she is a pregnant lady and suffering from anechoic cyst in the left kidney during the pregnancy and it is hard for her to travel 120 kms. daily to reach at her current station of posting where she is rendering services as a primary teacher. 2.
