(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No. 164 dated 22.09.2025 for offence(s) under Sections 126(2), 351 (2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25, 30 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Cantt. Bathinda, District Bathinda. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 12.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case. 3. Learned State counsel on instruction from the Investigating Officer, corroborates the said averment and submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation.
